Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
​ If you cancel or miss your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the pre-paid session fee will be used to cover that reserved time slot, and will therefore not be refunded.
