Individual Counselling, Coaching and Therapy
Bonus Tadabbur membership during duration of individual support
A Private Space to Heal, Grow, and Reconnect.
Sometimes, the weight of the world makes it hard to hear your own heart. Our individual counseling sessions provide a sacred, confidential space designed specifically for the unique experiences of the Nigerian and African Muslimah.
In these one-on-one sessions, we move beyond the surface. We integrate psychological expertise with an understanding of your Deen, ensuring you never have to leave your faith at the door. Whether you are untangling years of trauma or seeking clarity in a moment of overwhelm, we walk with you toward a life of Sakinah (tranquility) and strength.
You also automatically gain free access to the tadabbur membership which takes place twice in a month during your period of support.
One on One text based support
Healing in the Palm of Your Hand.
For the busy Muslimah or those who find face-to-face sessions a little intimidating, our WhatsApp support offers a gentler way to heal.
- Ultimate Convenience: Message us while the kids are napping or during a quiet break.
- Real-Time Support: Process triggers as they happen, rather than waiting for your next session.
- A Library of Strength: Keep a written and audio record of your counselor’s advice and voice notes to revisit whenever you need a reminder of your resilience.
You also automatically gain free access to the tadabbur membership which takes place twice in a month during your period of support.

and choose DM Support as your preferred method of care.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
If you cancel or miss your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the pre-paid session fee will be used to cover that reserved time slot, and will therefore not be refunded.
We appreciate your commitment and your understanding of this professional policy. JazaakumuLlahu khairan.
Getting support should be the easiest part of your day. Here is what you can expect when you choose text-based counseling:
1. Secure & Private Connection
Once your intake is complete, you will be connected to a dedicated counselor on a secure WhatsApp line. Your privacy is our priority; all conversations remain strictly confidential within our professional framework.
2. Message When You’re Ready
There’s no need to wait for an appointment. You can send texts or voice notes as things happen—whether it’s a late-night reflection, a quick vent during a busy afternoon, or a request for a grounding tool.
3. Thoughtful Responses
To ensure you receive quality care, your counselor checks messages during specific Support Windows on the scheduled dates you have selected (e.g., Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM). While this isn’t an instant “live chat” service, you can expect a thoughtful, deeply considered response within [e.g., 4–12 hours].
4. Your Healing Archive
One of the greatest benefits of this service is that you will have a permanent record of every voice note, encouragement, and coping strategy, allowing you to scroll back and find strength whenever you need it most.
To ensure the highest quality of care and maintain a safe space for both you and our counselors, please take note of the following guidelines for our WhatsApp Support:
Not a Crisis Service: This service is for ongoing emotional support and personal growth. It is not a 24/7 crisis or emergency intervention line. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or a life-threatening emergency, please contact your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
Response Windows: While you can send messages at any time, our counselors respond during dedicated business hours: [Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM WAT]. You can generally expect a response within 24 hours during the work week.
Privacy & Security: While we use professional, encrypted accounts, please be mindful of who has access to your phone or your WhatsApp Web. We recommend using a passcode or “Chat Lock” for added privacy on your end.
Communication Limits: This service is designed for text and voice notes. To respect the therapeutic process, our counselors do not accept unscheduled voice or video calls via WhatsApp.
Professional Boundaries: Our counselors provide support within a professional framework. While the chat may feel informal, the relationship remains a counselor-client dynamic rooted in our ethical values.
Feedback from Sisters We've Supported
Once upon a time, I couldn’t even recognize myself.
My self-esteem? Down the hill.
Courage and confidence? Zero.
I started slipping into a victim mentality—something I’ve always hated.
It was hard. Journaling helped… but it wasn’t enough.
There was so much to unpack.
Because truly, the outer world reflects the inner self.
The fruit is what it is… because of the seed.
Then came therapy, and it turned out to be the most amazing part of my year.
Oooh, I cried.
I cried severally.
Because the body truly keeps the score.
But slowly… we began to laugh through it.
To breathe through it.
To grow through it.
Some of my assignments during therapy led me back to the lives of the Prophets and the Sahabas, and I was reminded of strength, struggle, and surrender.
I remember telling my friend I was in therapy, and she laughed so hard.
But one day, she came around and said:
“It’s good to have you back in your full element.”
She’s even waiting for more of me to unfold.
(Same person wey laugh me oh 😅)
My therapy sessions may be over now…
But every Sunday, I still long for that space.
Things I fought myself to forget became easy to let go.
Relationships I thought I was over with, I now embrace again—
but from a place of awareness and boundaries.
Because the clarity that comes from healing remains unmatched.
She spoke to me about low, moderate, and high-maintenance relationships.
How the best shade of blue can never be the cup of tea of someone whose favorite color is green.
Our sessions were more like Seerah classes and Tadabbur sessions.
She spoke about my unique intelligence…
Awwwnnn ❤️
Then again, she reminded me that life is a journey, and if I ever find myself overwhelmed again, I shouldn’t forget to nurture my soul.
Therapy might be expensive, but healing isn’t.
The Qur’an is free to air.
Low-key missing therapy.
It was hard to say goodbye as she showered me with so much du‘ā’.
When I decided to book a session, I was scared and skeptical initially.
I mean, I had tried talking to people before then, but nobody really understood me.
Deep down, I felt this was probably going to be the same experience again,
but I still decided to try one more time.
And by the will of Allah, the counselor was an answered prayer.
She was more than a counselor.
She was a sister, a confidant, and one of the few people who didn’t think I was crazy.
From the very first day, she made me feel safe with her.
She didn’t judge me.
Instead, she carved out a pathway for me.
And she didn’t just carve it—she walked with me.
She was a great listener and knew how to gently get me to speak out and express myself,
even when I didn’t want to.
She supported me emotionally and also provided necessary materials along the way.
By the end of our sessions, I gained clarity,
felt a strange but calming sense of peace within me,
and knew how to navigate the challenge I was facing.
I am deeply grateful to Allah for allowing me to have an encounter with her.
I truly appreciate her support and expertise.
It was exactly what I needed.
I pray that Allah never leaves her to her own affairs as well.
